HAL Information has co-developed DCM for Enterprise and can give you support on common problems.

DCM is also available on the Enterprise Telephone Toolbox CD (ETT), which is also co-developed by HAL Information.

ProblemSolution
  • When I click to view a User guide from the Web, the link does not work.
    		• In DCM and ETT, select Settings. In the box Modify link to... Documentation on the Web, change the Web address to http://tolv.aastra.com/library/manuals. The reason is that Enterprise became part of Aastra in May 2008.
  • The card does not match the key functions on my phone.
    		• Make sure you select the correct phone system. Learn how!
  • The card is not correct.
    		• Select the correct phone.
  • I want a different language on the card.
    		• Select card language. Learn how!
  • I have problems installing DCM.
    		• Remove previous DCM versions.
  • How do I create a card?
    		• Create a new card.
